An Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project bringing together young people from Sweden and Germany to strengthen intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and active citizenship through non-formal learning.
Description
Mosaic of Humanity (MOH) is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange coordinated by Malmös Akademiska Förening (MAF) in partnership with Leverkusener Bildungs-Center e.V. (Germany).
The project aims to bring together young people from different cultural and social backgrounds to break stereotypes, build meaningful friendships and strengthen European values through intercultural dialogue.
Using non-formal education methods such as workshops, role plays, team-building activities, city exploration and reflection sessions, participants will develop communication, leadership and intercultural skills while learning how diversity can become a strength for society.
Special attention is given to young people with fewer opportunities, helping them gain confidence, broaden their perspectives and become active contributors to their local communities.
Objectives

Activities
Participants will take part in:
- Youth Exchange in Leverkusen, Germany
- Team-building activities
- Workshops on identity, stereotypes and inclusion
- Living Library sessions
- City exploration and intercultural learning
- Reflection groups
- Youthpass learning process
- Local dissemination events after the exchange
Expected Results
The project is expected to:
